Wisconsin ANNUAL REPORT FILING INFORMATION

The Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions requires that both Corporations and LLCs file an Annual Report. The Annual Report is due at the end of the calendar quarter in which the entity was initially filed. A postcard is mailed to the designated Registered Agent of the company approximately 90 days prior to the due date. Instructions are listed on the postcard which explain how to file the Annual Report online.

Wisconsin ANNUAL REPORT FILING PENALTIES

Failure to file the Annual Report form will result in the administrative dissolution or revocation of the entity.
